What information we collect
When you call, WhatsApp or email us, we receive the details you choose to give us, such as your name, phone number, location, vehicle details and what has happened.
The recovery request form on this website does not send or store anything on our website. It turns your answers into a WhatsApp message on your own device, and nothing is shared with us until you choose to send that message.
How we use your information
We only use your details to deal with your recovery or transport request: to reach you, find your vehicle, give you a price and keep you updated. We do not sell your details or use them for marketing.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Only essential cookies needed for the website to work may be set. If we ever add other cookies, we will ask for your consent first.
How long we keep information
We keep job details only for as long as we need them to complete the job and meet our legal, insurance and accounting obligations.
